Online Hearing Services
How does tele-health work?
Step 1:
Call, email or use our booking form on our website to make an appointment.
Step 2:
Once the appointment has been made you will receive a link via email to join a video call with one of our hearing experts. A phone call can be arranged instead of video calling if you prefer.
Step 3:
The first 15min consult is free for new clients and during that appointment the hearing expert will triage your hearing needs and advise of the next steps.

Remote Hearing Aid Adjustments
Most of the modern hearing aids can connect to smart phones which means our hearing experts can remotely connect to your hearing aids via your smartphone.
Call, email or use our booking form to make a time for a remote hearing aid adjustment appointment.
Note: Full hearing assessments and hearing aid fittings require the use of diagnostic calibrated equipment. A face-to-face appointment is required.
We offer a free online hearing check as an indication of your hearing ability.
