If you don’t feel that we have adequately resolved your complaint, you can take it to The Ethics Review Committees (ERC’s) and Ethics Officer. They are responsible for managing complaints against Audiologist and Audiometrist members of Audiology Australia (AudA), Australian College of Audiology (ACAud), and the Hearing Aid Audiology Society of Australia (HASSA).
Contact the Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner (HCSCC). The HCSCC supports your right to complain about health or community services, is independent and does not take sides, is free and strictly confidential and works to ensure complaints are used to improve the safety and quality of services.
