Can I return my hearing aid accessories?
If you want to return your hearing accessories within 30 days of purchase, you can do so provided they’re in full working order, in their original condition and you still have the original packaging.
If there’s a fault in the product, we’re happy to pay for the full shipping cost, otherwise, we’d ask you to pay for the return postage.
How much is shipping?
To keep things simple, we have a flat rate for sending our online products. For wireless accessories and boxes of batteries, shipping and handling is $8.
How do I know if they accessories will work with my hearing aids?
Our range of hearing accessories contain sophisticated technology that needs to be compatible with your specific hearing aids. Before you buy your accessories online, call us to check that your selected accessories will work for you.
How long will it take before I receive my goods?
Once we receive your order, we’ll aim to ship your goods within 24 hours. Depending on where you are in the Australia, your order should arrive between two and four working days.
