EARtrak is an independent hearing aid customer satisfaction survey
EARtrak collates unfiltered feedback from our hearing clinic clients on various aspects of our hearing service including:
- The improvement people have in their hearing
- Their satisfaction with the hearing aids we recommend
- Their satisfaction with our overall service
EARtrak sends us the results in a clear, easy-to-read report. This information helps us build our practice. It helps us focus on delivering great outcomes for our clients every time.
According to the organisation’s Chief Executive Ms Matthies, “The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission’s recommendation that remuneration of hearing care providers should reward service and quality advice is a step in the right direction for consumers.”
