An experienced hearing care professional with more than 33 years working as a hands-on clinician, running his own hearing care practice and working as a senior manager in leading international audiology groups.
Gary is a current member and executive of the Australian College of Audiology. He’s been a member since 1997. He’s also been a member of the International Hearing Society since 2012
Former President of the Hearing Aid Audiometrists Society of Australia (HAASA). Gary has represented HAASA on government committees and has been instrumental in working with a dedicated team to achieve Approved Professional Body status.
He has post-graduate qualifications from the Australian Institute of Business and is a member of Australian Institute of Management/Institute of Managers and Leaders, Australia | New Zealand’ (iML ANZ).
He is a Chartered Manager and Fellow with the Chartered Management Institute of London in association with Australian Institute of Management/Institute of Managers and Leaders, Australia | New Zealand’ (iML ANZ).
He undertakes ongoing professional development to keep up with the latest technology and hearing care techniques.
Gary is a ‘local’. He lives in Tea Tree Gully and wants to support his local community.
He’s keen on cycling and loves watching the World Professional Cycling Tour – Tour de France, Tour of Italy and Tour Down Under. With his wife Robyn, he’ll often stay up till the wee hours of the morning watching every stage.
Gary also enjoys walking the family pets Max and Molly, going swimming, and cycling with his sons in Jason and Trent.
