Once you’ve made the decision to go ahead with your hearing aid fitting, our care for your hearing health is only just beginning.

Our Aftercare Service is designed to help you make the most of your hearing solutions. This includes:

From time-to-time it’s good to give your hearing aids a thorough clean and check for the life of your devices. Just pop-in to the clinic when you need us.

We’ll show you how to replace them and use them so they last longer. Buy from us online or in-clinic and we can install (at very competitive prices). If you’re a government client, we’ll supply your batteries as part of the hearing services scheme.

As your hearing changes or your needs change, we’re always on-hand to adjust your hearing aids to suit.

In case your hearing or hearing needs have changed, you’re welcome to book in for a hearing check-up every 6 months.

At your request, we’ll keep your doctor up-to-date on your hearing health.

We’re always here if you have any questions or need some help.

All of our hearing aids are covered by a standard 12-month international manufacturer’s warranty – you’re covered from one to three years (depending on the technology) should your hearing aids not work as they should.

If for any reason you’re not happy with your hearing aids and we can’t find a solution you’re happy with, we’ll give you your money back.
